Refund policy

We have a 30 day return and exchange policy, which means we can only refund or exchange within this period of time. 

Accepted Returned Products 

We only accept returns for products that were directly purchased from herbariumdrinks.com and you have the original receipt or proof of purchase. We do not accept returns for products purchased from other retailers, outlets and third parties. 

We only offer refunds and replacements if the product is defective or damaged, the returned product must be unopened in its original packaging and seals intact. 

The product must be returned within 30 days from receipt to the advised returned address. 

    Returning Products 

    In the event that you wish to return a product and it complies with the Accepted Returned Products policy, send an email to hello@herbariumdrinks.com requesting the return. The email should include a copy of the original receipt or proof of purchase, and whether you are requesting a Refund or Exchange.

    If your return is accepted, we’ll send you return instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

    Please do not send your returns to the company address, only return to the address advised. 

    It is your (customer) responsibility to ensure that the product being returned is suitably packaged and arrives safely undamaged.  All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The customer should consider using a shipping service that provide proof of shipping, is trackable and insured as we don’t accept liability for goods that are not received. 

      Refunds 

      On receipt of your returned product we will notify you of receipt and confirm after inspection if the refund has been approved.  In the event that the return was not approved you will be also notified as to the reason for the rejection. 

      Approved returns will be refunded using the original payment method (by default) within 14 working days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

      All refunds or exchanges can only be given to the person who originally purchased the product. 

      Order Cancellation 

      We have a 14 day cancellation policy in compliance with the Consumer Contract regulation (CCR’s) from the day after the goods are received which applies to unopened products only. 

      If you wish to cancel your order please send an email to hello@herbariumdrinks.com requesting a CCR order cancellation within 14 days of receipt. We will then send you return details as to where to send your package. 

      Please do not send your returns to the company address, only return to the address advised. 

      The product should be unopened with seals intact and be returned without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days after notification of cancellation. 

      It is your (customer) responsibility to return the product and take reasonable care to ensure it is suitably packaged and it arrives safely and undamaged.  All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. It is recommended that the customer uses a shipping service that provides proof of shipping, is trackable and insures the product being returned, as we don’t accept liability for goods that are not received or damage caused in transit. 

      On receipt of the returned product you will be refunded using the original order payment method within 14 days of the product being received by us. The refund will be for the full value of your order and will include direct shipping, except for any supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than standard delivery by us. 

      Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
